The days of dreading 360 feedback are over.

We are told that feedback is a gift, and that we should receive it openly and constructively. However, that’s not usually how it feels. Traditional 360 methods often lack context, support, and actionable positive development.

My approach is different. By leveraging positive psychology principles and engaging the client's "human system" it becomes one of the most powerful and positive experiences the client may have in her/his professional career. The client gains specific information on how they can become even more effective and each interviewee commits to doing "one thing" to support the client in achieving her/his development goals. Change accelerates when the people around us notice changes and reinforce success.

 A 360 is not just about the individual client. It is about creating an environment that is conducive to deeper lasting change, that happens faster with more dialogue, disclosure and depth. All are stakeholders in each other’s success.
